  • Active Bookings: If you have active or upcoming bookings, we may retain necessary information until the booking is completed
  • Dispute Resolution: Information may be retained to resolve disputes, enforce our terms, or protect against fraud
  • Security Purposes: Logs and security data may be retained for a limited period to prevent abuse and ensure platform security
  • Anonymous Data: Anonymous, aggregated data that cannot be linked to you may be retained for analytics and business purposes

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion through the following methods:

Method 1: Email Request

  1. Send an email from your registered email address to: helpkey.in@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - [Your Email]"
  3. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your registered email address
    • Your phone number associated with the account
    • A clear statement requesting account deletion
  4. We will process your request within 7 business days
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted

Method 2: Website Request

  1. Visit our website at www.helpkey.in
  2. Go to the Contact Us page
  3. Submit a contact form with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
  4. Include your registered email and request account deletion
  5. We will process your request within 7 business days

Processing Time

  • Email/Web Request: Within 7 business days
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete
  • Data Removal: Most data is removed immediately; some data may take up to 30 days to be completely removed from all systems

Important: Before You Delete Your Account

Please consider the following before requesting account deletion:

  • ⚠️ Action Cannot Be Undone: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered
  • ⚠️ Active Bookings: Cancel any active or upcoming bookings before deletion
  • ⚠️ Loyalty Points: You will lose any accumulated rewards or loyalty points

  • ⚠️ Outstanding Payments: Ensure all payments are cleared before deletion

Right to Data Portability

Before deleting your account, you have the right to request a copy of your personal data. This allows you to keep your information before it's permanently deleted.

Cancellation of Deletion Request
